Procedure for accepting new members:

1. Each applicant who wishes to join the Latvian Hunting Dog Club (hereinafter referred to as the LMSK) must fill out an application and a club membership card, indicating all the necessary information. The application and club membership card forms are available on the LMSK website www.latviangundogs.org , and the applicant can also receive them in person by coming to the LMSK on the relevant admission day.

2. After completing the documents, the applicant must deliver them personally to the club, present an identity document, and also present the original pedigree of their dog or documents proving origin/ownership.

3. At the next board meeting, but no later than within 1 (one) month, the board shall make a decision on the admission of a new member to the LMSK.

4. The board’s decision – with a positive response or a motivated refusal – is sent to the club member.

5. After making a decision to accept a member into the LMSK, the new club member must pay the membership fee (by transfer to a bank account) or personally come to the LMSK, and receive a club membership card and badge.
